公安院校加强学生侦查隐性知识培养的思考

摘    要:侦查中的隐性知识是指存在于侦查人员的头脑之中和特定的情境之下,以侦查经验、侦查直觉、侦查灵感、侦查思维为主要表现形式,难以或尚未被规范概括和广泛传播,在侦查破案活动中能发挥独特作用的知识。有些侦查隐性知识无法概括、提炼,如侦查思维、侦查意识、意志品质等,要通过言传身教的方式进行传承或者靠学生自身的养成。当前公安院校学生侦查隐性知识的培养中存在一些局限和不足,需要从提升教学理念、完善教师结构、改革实践教学等环节进行改善。

Abstract:Tacit knowledge of investigation refers to the knowledge existing in the investigators minds and taking manifestations as investigative experience, investigative intuition, investigative inspiration, investigative thinking, etc. Ahhough hard to be summarized or widely spread, tactic knowledge plays a unique role in investigating and solving crimes. Some tacit knowledge, such as investigative thinking, investigative awareness, or quality of will-power cannot be summarized or refined, so students can only acquire the knowledge by their own practice or inherit it from the instructors" personal examples as well as verbal instructions. Currently, many public security colleges have some limitations and shortcomings in improving students" tacit knowledge of investigation, thus it's vital to be improved by promoting teaching concepts, perfecting teachers" structure, reforming practical teaching, etc.
