| Abstract: | Police investigating and seizing tactics is the theoretical base of self-protection and assault prevention in police law enforcement.The investigating and seizing action has the characteristics of being fair,legal,dangerous,rational and mysterious.The degree of police using force can be divided into six grades which need to be properly chosen according to the status of actual combat. |
