领导才能有各种不同的种类、包含不同的形式，但对公安民警而言，最主要的目标是有效地调遣和分配警力资源、得到群众的合作和支持、圆满完成警务工作任务。普通公安民警也只有具备了领导才能，才可以提供优质服务达到精益求精。要提升个人的领导能力，不是短时间能够学到的，必须持续学习、与时俱进、随机应变来提升自己。
