加强村支书自身能力建设

与农村的快速发展和科学发展观的要求相比,目前有一部分农村党支部书记在学习能力、大局观念、带领群众致富能力、民主意识、组织纪律观念等方面还存在着很大差距。思想认识不到位,培训效果不理想,监督考核不严格,党内民主发展不够好是造成这些问题的主要原因。因此,农村党支部书记要努力提高自学和带学、致富和带富、发扬民主和善于集中、驾驭全局和抓具体工作、管好自身和带好队伍等方面的能力,推动农村各项工作健康开展。
