| 摘 要： | 形势严峻的侵财犯罪对侦查工作形成了极大的冲击。尽管侦查部门加大了打击力度,但效果却不尽如人意,甚至陷入了困境。为此,侦查部门应该认真反思,转变传统观念,拓展侵财犯罪的侦查模式,创新侵财犯罪的侦查机制、方法和手段。

| Abstract: | The crime of invading wealth has gravely impacted criminal investigation. Investigation departments has done their best against this crime, but they have not gained the good effects. Therefore, investigation departments should really think of the reasons, and transform traditional notions, develop investigation modes, enrich and innovate mechanism, methods and means of investigation against the crime of invading wealth. |
