A New Discussion on Supplement Investigation

Supplement investigation is a cause of the invasion of human right and the vacancy of a system.To resolve these questions,we have to discuss the supplement investigation system based on the analysis of some theory and practice state of these problems.And we point out that the way to resolve the problems of the Supplement Investigation is to confirm the leading status of due process in criminal investigation,and rebuild the supplement investigation from theory to system.
