| 摘 要： | 现行侦查学研究经验总结有余而严谨的理论抽象不足 ,缺乏作为专门知识体系所应当具有的理念价值和对侦查实践所应保持的审视态度。侦查学学科建设应确定三大任务 ,即 :人权保障观念、法治观念和犯罪预防观念 ,以此为侦查学理论体系更新和发展方向。

| Abstract: | Current research on subject of investigation pays more attention to the summary of experience but less to rigorous abstract theory ,and lacks the idea values which special knowledge system should have and examining attitude which the practice of investigation should keep. Construction of the subject of investigation should set three tasks: senses of human rights safeguard, rule by law and crime prevention, and they are directions of innovation and development of theoretical system of subject of investigation. |
