环境法生态安全原则研究

随着环境污染和生态破坏的不断加剧，生态安全日益成为影响国家安全的重要问题。生态安全是指一国生存和发展所需的生态环境处于不受破坏和威胁的状态，其目标是达成人与自然和谐相处的生态秩序。在环境法中确立生态安全原则，不仅是环境法扩展法律秩序价值的必须，也是由我国日益恶化的生态安全状况决定的，具有价值上和现实上的双重合理性。在环境法中贯彻生态安全原则，需要从环境法理念的改进、环境基本法的修改、相关法律制度的建立健全等方面着手。同时，还应注意环境法和其他部门法的协调一致。
