持有：获取与转让的正义

持有正义的充要条件是获取与转让同时是正义的。获取的正义原则是:一个人占有了某一个机会的权利不损害他人同样的这一权利;转让的正义原则是:当且仅当转让是出于个人的自主行为,转让才能是正当的。因此,获取正义是持有正义的充分条件;转让正义则是持有正义的必要条件。

Possession:Justice of Acquirement and Transfer

The sufficient and necessary condition of possession justice is the both justice of acquirement and transfer. The principle of justice of acquirement is that a person's right to possess an opportunity would not infringe upon other's simultaneous right; the principle of justice of transfer is only individual independent transfer is fair transfer. Therefore, justice of acquirement is the sufficient condition of possession justice, and justice of transfer is the necessary condition of possession justice.
