| 摘 要： | 校园文化代表和反映一个大学的精神风貌。工会在开展校园文化活动中,具有不可替代的作用。工会应根据大学特点,围绕学校的中心工作,开展丰富多采的文化活动,以提高教职工的综合素质。搞好校园文化建设,要求工会干部不断提高自身素质。
