| 摘 要： | 城市化产物的农民工,在为城市经济的发展作出了巨大贡献的同时,却在城市中遭受着许多不公正的待遇,以至产生极为复杂的心理、情绪,这对社会的稳定极为不利。思想政治教育要急切关注这一特殊群体,要从创造宽松的环境,加强组织建设入手,帮助他们转变观念,增强对城市的认同,从而促进社会的稳定。

| Abstract: | Immigrant labours,a unique represenative of urbanization,attaches great contributions to the economic development meanwhile suffe various kinds of unfair treatments,which give rise to their complicated moods and feelings.Thus,they make a negative impact on the social stability.As far as ideological and political education is concerned,we focus our attention on the very group of people.For social stability,a sound environment is needed.We will give them a helping hand in changing their values and ideas so that they can fully merge into the city. |
