| 摘 要： | 补偿安置的标准和数额是城市房屋拆迁的核心问题,而被拆迁房屋的评估是问题的关键。目前城市房屋拆迁评估当中存在着诸多问题,文章针对目前评估机构的特性、评估的方法和评估的依据进行探讨,分析了我国城市房屋拆迁评估存在问题的原因,提出了解决问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | The standard and amount of compensation in allocation is the core in the house remove in cities.And the evaluation of the removed houses is the key to the problem.Many problems existing in the evaluation presently,the thesis discusses the organizations,methods and foundations in the evaluation and analyzes the causes of the problems before it comes out with the countermeasures. |
