黑龙江省哈尔滨地区鸡球虫的区系调查

在哈尔滨地区采用群体采样法分别从6个区218个鸡场采集新鲜粪样,经饱和盐水漂浮法检查,有136个鸡场感染艾美球虫,感染率为62.39%,表明哈尔滨地区鸡球虫感染现象比较普遍.经临床症状及卵囊形态观察,共检出6种艾美球虫,分另q是柔嫩艾美球虫、堆形艾美球虫、毒害艾美球虫、早熟艾美球虫、和缓艾美球虫与巨型艾美球虫,其中柔嫩艾美球虫为哈尔滨地区鸡球虫病病原的优势虫种.

Investigation of coccidia fauna in chickens in Harbin Prefecture of Heilongjiang Province

Fresh fecal specimens were collected from 218 chicken farms in six areas in Harbin Prefec-ture by using the population sampling method,and were examined by the flotation technique using saturat-ed salt solution. The results showed that 136 farms were infected with Eimeria spp. ,and the overall infec-tion rate was 62. 39% , indicating that the infection of coccidia in chicken in Harbin Prefecture was com-mon. According to the clinical signs and shape of oocysts,six Eimeria spp. were identified,including Eime-ria tenella ,E. acervulina, E. necatrix, E. praecox, E. mitis and E. maxima. Of which E. tenella was the prevalent species in chickens in Harbin Prefecture.
