| 摘 要： | 深化审判体制改革是全球经济发展和我国入世形势的要求。鉴于目前审判体制改革中尚存在较多问题,有必要通过分析研究,找出进一步深化审判体制改革的方法,以期推动我国审判体制改革的发展和完善。
