| 摘 要： | 在建设和谐社会中,政府负有重要责任。和谐社会下的政府应该是一个精简、廉洁、透明、高效的政府。我国政府在建设和谐社会中当务之急需要做的是:政府职能转变、有限权力原则、积极行使职权、建立公共安全机制、保障弱势群体权利、完善社会冲突解决机制。

| Abstract: | The government has important responsibility in founding a harmonic society.The government in a harmonic society should be refined,clean-handed,open and high efficiency.The matters that our country's government should do in founding a harmonic society including:transformation of government's duties,the principle of limited powers,performing their powers actively,founding mechanism for public security,safeguarding the rights of disadvantaged groups,perfecting mechanism for resolving conflicts. |
