官兵关系中的几种消极心理剖析

摘    要:当前部队官兵关系的现状总体是好的和比较好的,但也存在着打骂体罚、庸俗人际关系和“离兵”问题。发生这些问题的原因是多方面的,但从心理学的角度来分析,主要是受强刺激心理、小群体心理、高期望心理和嫌弃型人格的影响。其中,强刺激心理是打骂体罚的主要心理原因,小群体心理是庸俗人际关系的主要心理原因,高期望心理和嫌弃型人格是“离兵”问题的主要心理原因。努力纠正这四种消极心理倾向,有利于进一步密切我军的官兵关系

Abstract:At present,the current situation of the relationship between officers and men in the troops,on the whole,is good or comparatively good;however,there actually exist such problems as physical punishment, vulgar interpersonal relationship and the divorce of officers and men. There are many reasons,but from the angle of psychology,the main reasons are the effects of the strong stimulus psychology,the group psychology,the high expectation psychology and the psychology of dislike.Among those,the strong stimulus psychology is the main psychological reason for the physical punishment,the group psychology is the one for the vulgar interpersonal relationship,and the psychology of high expectation and dislike is the one for the problem of the divorce of officers and men. Trying to correct these four negative psychological tendencies is favourable to the further close relationship between officers and men.
