浅论在继续教育制度中公安民警的职业培训建设

完善公安继续教育制度,建立公安终身教育体系,为实施科教强警战略和公安工作可持续发展战略培养具备创新意识、创新能力和适应能力,综合素质优秀的公安专门人才,已成为公安教育改革和建设的时代命题,而职业培训是公安民警继续教育的重要形式。本文拟就加强公安职业培训建设,促进公安教育事业发展进行论述。

Professional Training of Public Security Officers in the System of Continuing Education

During the reform and construction of public security education, it has become a topic of the times to perfect the continuing education system, establish life- long education system, and train specialized people for public security profession who possess enterprising spirit, innovative ability, adaptability as well as excellent comprehensive quality. Professional training is an important form of continuing education of public security officers. This paper expounds the writers' views on strengthening professional training and promoting the development of the undertaking of public security education.
