| Abstract: | Determined by the class nature and mass nature of the trade unions in our country and the employment nature of the labor relationship in the privately-owned enterprises, the function of the trade unions in the privately-owned enterprises is to maintain the legal rights and interests of the laborers. This function is obviously different from the multi-functions performed by the trade unions in the state-owned enterprises. |
