| Abstract: | The problem of agriculture,rural areas and the peasants is the fundamental problem of China's revolution,construction and reform.It therefore becomes the priority of the Party's task at present.The Party Central Committee,under the leadership of the General Secretary Hu Jintao,put forward a series of ideas and viewpoints to improve the work concerned with "agriculture,the rural areas and the peasants",applying,enriching and developing the socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics. |
