太原市文化产业发展研究

发展文化产业是提高太原市综合实力的有效途径，是提高人民生活品质的重要依托，是实现太原市科学发展的必然选择。实践中，由于受诸多因素的制约，如人们观念陈旧、产业意识淡薄、多元投资体制尚未建立，加之人才结构不舍理等，使文化产业在经济总量、运作机制、资源配置等方面仍处于初级水平。要加快发展太原市独具特色的文化产业，必须创新文化发展理念，充分发挥政府服务职能，实施重大文化产业项目带动战略，打响文化品牌，把更多的文化产品推向国际市场。

A Study of Development of Taiyuan's Cultural Industry

The development of Taiyuan＇s cultural industry is an effective way to strengthen the city＇s comprehensive power and improve the quality of people＇s life, and so it is a logical choice for the development of the city. At present, Taiyuan＇s cultural industry remains in the primary stage in every aspect due to outmoded notions, indifferent awareness of industries, a lack of multiinvestment and the irrational structure of personnel. To step up the development of the cultural industry with a unique style of Taiyuan, we must undertake innovation in ideas of cultural development, give full scope to government＇s functions, launch major projects to lead the industry as a Whole, and bring more excellent works to international markets.
