对黑龙江省与韩国经贸合作的分析与思考

加世纪80年代,黑龙江省与韩国开始了间接贸易合作。90年代初,随着中韩两国正式建交,黑龙江省与韩国进入了直接贸易合作阶段。十多年来,黑龙江省以其固有的地缘、资源和亲缘的优势,稳步推进与韩国的经贸合作,已成为顺应国际经济发展的必然趋势。截止2003年8月底,黑龙江省与韩国的进出口贸易额累计已达到34.1亿美元,实际利用韩资金额为6.2亿美元。双方发展经贸合作关系的良好势头,对黑龙江省加快改革开放步伐、实施对韩国的全方位合作、增强经济实力、尽快进入国际市场意义重大。同时,也为韩国调整产业结构、实现经济高速发展提供了广阔的国际市场。

Analysis and Reflection on the Economy and Trade Cooperation between HeiLongjiang Province and the Republic of Korea

In the1980s, Heilongjiang province commenced indirect trade relations with the Republic of Korea. In the early years of 1990s, with the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Republic of Korea, indirect trade cooperation between Hei-Longjiang province and the Republic of Korea turned into direct trade cooperation. Over more than 10 years, based on its inherent advantages of geographical position、resources and affinity, it has been an inexorable trend going with the tide of international economic development for HeiLongjiang to put forward and strengthen the economic cooperation with the Republic of Korea in a steady way. By the end of the end of August, 2003, the volume of import and export trade had added up to $3.41 billion, the effective fund amounted to $0.62 billion. The good momentum of bilateral economic cooperation is playing a significant part in speeding up the reform in Heilongjiang, implementing its overall cooperation with the Republic of Korea、strengthening HeiLongjiang's economic power and pushing it into international market. At the same time, the Republic of Korea also benefited a lot from it in readjusting its industrial structure, it also provided wide international market room for the Republic of Korea's economic development at a high speed.
