| 摘 要： | 运动生物力学主要研究人体运动的力学规律以及运动状态改变的原因,它既能帮助警体教师对人体的各种警务技能动作有更深入的理解,又有助于警体教师正确评价学员的运动技术动作,使学员合理运用警务技能动作,进而提高警务技能。

| Abstract: | Sports biomechanics mainly studies the mechanics laws of human movements as well as the reasons of state changes.It helps the police P.E.teachers not only deepen their understanding of human body's various kinds of police skills,but also appraise students' sports technique properly,making the students reasonably ant thus to improve their police skills. |
