马英九上台后美国对台政策调整的背景分析

马英九上台执政后，美国对台政策的着力点由反对单方面改变台海现状转向正面评价台湾当局调整大陆政策和两岸关系的改善。美国的上述调整虽然有其现实的国家利益需求，但决策环境的变化也在对美国传统的对台思维和战略产生深刻的影响。未来四年，美国会继续发展美台关系，保持对台海局势的影响力，但随着两岸对话的不断深入，美国对台海局势的关注度可能会有所降低，台湾问题对中美关系的负面影响也可能趋于弱化。

The Analysis of the U.S.Policy Adjustment toward Taiwan since Ma Ying-jeou's Coming to Power

As Taiwan leader Ma Ying-jeou came into power, the main point of the US policy toward Taiwan is no longer opposing to changing the status quo of the Taiwan Strait unilaterally but gradually showing positive attitude on Taiwan＇s new mainland policy as well as the development of the relationship across the Taiwan Strait. Although the adjustment mentioned above is in America＇s present national interest, the change of the environment for decision-making is influencing the U. S. traditional thinking and strategy toward Taiwan. In the four years to come, the US will continue developing relations with Taiwan in order to maintain its influence on the Taiwan issue, however, with the communication and co-operation between Taiwan and mainland deepens, the US may pay less attention to the situation of the Taiwan straits, thus the Taiwan issue may have less negative effect on the Sino-US relations.
