| 摘 要： | 随着可持续发展现的形成，现存GDP指标的缺陷更加凸显，绿色GDP显示出其重要价值。实施绿色GDP核算是可持续发展的要求。具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。但进一步实施绿色GDP核算面临人们认识的挑战，技术和制度方面也有待完善。应有计划有步骤分阶段推进绿色GDP核算。
