| Abstract: | To reflect and take care of the benefit of different level mass is the social choice of benefit integration under new situation. Theoretical discussion needs an interactive course of motive (starting point), systematical means (media) and benefit integration ( destination ). To inspect the practical course and history of the reformation and open to the world suggests that socialist harmonious society should be the society in which different benefit is integrated continuously and coordinately. |
