| 摘 要： | 品格证据在未成年人案件中有其运用的理论基础、法律基础和适用范围，但在实践中却存在一些弊端。构建本土化的未成年人品格证据制度，应该克服其在运用中的风险，完善前科消灭制度，丰富证据分类，并将未成年人品格证据规则具体化。

| Abstract: | In the cases involving teenagers, quality proof has its own theoretical basis, legal basis, and suitable application scale. However, in practice, it also has some disadvantages. To establish the system of native teenagers＇ quality proof, we should overcome risk in application, perfect the system to getting rid of teenagers＇ former criminal records, enrich classification of proof, and make the rules of teenagers＇ quality proof more concrete. |
