| Abstract: | The knowledge enterprise is a leading strength in new economy, and the team consists of knowledge talents has become an important form of organization. However, the operation of a team is not easy. This paper analyses the problem existed in the team, and proposes that we should strengthen the cultural construction of team, so that the operation result can be fully achieved and the knowledge enterprise can gain sustainable development. |
