| Abstract: | The object of the crime of impairing the prevention and treatment of the infectious diseases should be the system of administration of the infectious diseases by the State, the objective condition of which is limited in the "causing the spread or a grave danger of the spread of an A Class infectious disease ", includimg actual damage offense and potential damage offense, and the subjective condition of which is negligence no intention. |
