| Abstract: | Practice in concrete work and innovation is known as the soul of Lenin's theory of social development, which is sufficiently embodied in the New Economic Policy. The implementation of the essence of practice in concrete work and in-novation is mainly manifested by profound knowledge of the base point and the path, subject, law and drive of development. The New Economic Policy takes up an important share in Lenin's theory of social development. |
