| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区要实现经济的跨越性发展,不能跨过工业化阶段,更不能继续走传统工业化道路,推进新型工业化是实现跨越式发展的必由之路。大力实施项目兴区战略。加快工业园区建设,使之成为全区经济社会发展的重要支撑,以此带动和促进全区历史性跨越。

| Abstract: | Impoverished and backward area can not cross industrialized phase to realize economy leapfrog development and repeat traditional industrialized way. Therefore, carry ing out the project starts a division strategy energetically and advancing new-style industrialization is the route one must take to achieve leapfrog development. |
