| 摘 要： | 邓小平富民思想形成有丰富的历史经验,建立在马克思主义关于人民是历史发展的主体思想之上,是对毛泽东人民至上思想的继承,在和平与发展成为时代主题的背景下应运而生。本文通过阐述邓小平富民思想深刻内涵,辩证地分析其在新时期的战略意义,并结合十七届五中全会提出的建议,就如何实践富民思想提出几点思考。
