| 摘 要： | 为实现各级党员干部深入基层常态化、联系群众常态化、党性锻炼常态化,重庆市在全国率先推行进基层、进村子、进农户,与农民群众同吃、同住、同劳动党性作风实践锻炼活动,简称三进三同。拓宽了党的思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和反腐倡廉建的实践路径,推进了党的建设实践创新、理论创新和制度创新,为创新基层党建工作提供了重要启示。
