| Abstract: | The industrialization is the insurmountable process in realizing modernization.The Tongren prefecture's industrialization degree is low,and the development opportunity and challenge coexisting both lie in promoting the industrialization process.Therefore,the questions to improve the cadres' quality,to form the good attitude and to establish opening consciousness and so on are the noticeable question in the industrialization process. |
