| Abstract: | Tongren should develop industry by means of rational using and exploiting natural resources, integrating folk capital and social idle capital to complete the industrial development of the primitive accumulation of capital, and should innovat system, mechanism and policy to solve industrial development problems in lacking talent, technology, capital. Identify the location of industry, to ensure the healthy and steady development of industrialization according to market oriented. |
