| 摘 要： | 对《最高人民法院关于审理海上货运代理纠纷案件若干问题的规定》中的相关争议问题进行了分析,针对第7条拒绝交付单证、第8条单证交付请求权、第11条相应赔偿责任及第12条连带赔偿责任等规定,提出了相应的观点.
