| Abstract: | agricultural reform is an important part in restructuring the economic systems in both China and Russia. For some reasons, they choose the different way: Russia following the radical road of privatization but China following progressive one, which includes reforming the operating system in rural and establish the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output. And the different road leads to the different result. |
