| 摘 要： | 农村的社会稳定关系到整个中国的发展,解决好农村人民内部矛盾是稳定农村社会的前提。当前农村社会人民内部矛盾存在的突出问题及新特点,揭示了农村人民内部矛盾对农村社会产生的重大影响。我们从干部作风的角度分析,农村人民内部矛盾与干部作风存在着间接和直接的关系,解决好干部作风问题对于正确处理农村人民内部矛盾有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The stability of the rural society has a most important bearing on the whole Chinese devel-opment.It is a presupposition for the stability of the rural society to deal with the contradictions among the people in the rural areas.Presently,the glaring issues and new characters in the contradictions among the people in the countryside is revealing the most important affection to the rural society.Analysing from the angle of cadres' work style,we found that there are direct and indirect relations between the contra-diction among the people in the rural areas and the cadres' work style.It is great significant to deal with the relations properly. |
