| 摘 要： | 新世纪统战工作的根本任务是要争取人心、凝聚力量,为实现党和国家的宏伟目标而团结奋斗.而统一战线是否具有较强的感召力和凝聚力,能否更有效地服务于党和国家的事业,很大程度上取决于统战干部的自身素质.不断提高统战干部的素质,是做好新时期统战工作的重要前提.

| Abstract: | The major task of united front work in the new century is to win popular support, to gather more strength and to jointly struggle for the grand goal of the Party and the country. It greatly depends on the quality of cadres working on united front work whether the united front has strong influence and cohesiveness and whether it can serve the Party and the country. It is the important prerequisite for the united front work in the new stage to keep improving the quality of the cadres working on united front work. |
