加强党校图书馆信息服务保障工作——基于重点学科建设的视角

党校重点学科建设是一项事关党校教育事业科学发展的战略性任务,而党校图书馆作为党校教学和科研服务的文献信息中心,虽然拥有为重点学科建设提供信息服务保障的优势,但其仍然存在一些与重点学科建设所需求的信息服务不相适应的问题,如数字资源服务的内容有待拓展、整体素质有待提高等。因此,党校图书馆必须通过加强纸质文献资源建设、拓展数字资源服务内容、重构图书馆组织架构、加强人才队伍建设等途径加强信息服务保障工作,以期更好地为党校重点学科建设服务。

Enhancing Security of IT service in Party Schools from the Perspective of Key Disciplines

Key discipline construction is a strategic task in Party school education. While enjoying the advantage of providing information technological service for key disciplines, school libraries, the information center of teaching and research, suffer from problems such as limited digital sources and below-average qualities of library staff. To bet- ter facilitate key discipline construction, effort should be made in Party schools libraries to maintain paper-media lit- erature archives, establish wider range of digital services, re-form the structure of library management, and recruit qualified personnel on different levels of services.
