| Abstract: | Our the legislation of material right should think much of the function and significance of the partition between property and realty in the lawmaking of material right,use experiences of the lawmaking modes of ownership types in capitalism civil codes for reference and adopt the lawmaking modes of ownership types for the partition between property and realty in order to adapt the law to the internal law of market economy. |
