| 摘 要： | 社会管理创新是新时期政法机关三项重点工作之一。公诉机关在履行法律监督职能的过程中,应当全面参与和深入贯彻社会管理创新工作。通过创新执法理念、延伸监督职能、完善工作制度等方式,使审查起诉工作与法律监督职能取得良好的社会效果。发挥公诉机关在整个社会管理体系中的平衡与调节作用。

| Abstract: | Social In the process of management innovation is one of the three priorities of political and law organs in the new period. fulfilling the function of legal supervision, the public prosecution service should fully participate in and thoroughly implement social management innovation. Through innovating law enforcement concept, extending su- pervisory functions,improving work system and so on, investigation and prosecution work and the function of legal supervision can obtain a good social effect. We should play the role of public prosecution service＇ s function of bal- ance and regulation in the whole system of social management |
