On Common Law Basis of Antimonopoly Law Legislation of America

Although the antimonopoly law legislation of American is the harbinger of the American statute, but the deep-seated foundation of its idea, basic principle and special rules is the thought of common law. In this thesis, through reexamining the common law foundation of the American antimonopoly law legislation, the author researches the history social background of the law system more deeply so as to do some significant in theory and useful in practice for today's Chinese rule of law construction.
