| 摘 要： | 农村流氓恶势力犯罪是农村一种较为典型的犯罪形式。其作案手段凶残 ,破坏性大 ,严重危害了农村社会治安。农村流氓恶势力犯罪滋生发展既有社会、人们观念的原因 ,也有公安机关打击不力的因素。加大对农村流氓恶势力犯罪团伙的打击力度刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | The offense of rural hooligans and evil-forces is a typical type of crime in countryside,which causes serious harms and damages to rural public order with cruel offending methods.Its growth and development lies both in the society,especially people's concepts,and in the inefficiency of public security organs' forces.Therefore,it is in badly need of strengthening the striking forces on such an offense. |
