在共建共享和谐社会中彰显工会职能和作为

国有企业工会贯彻落实党的十七大精神，就必须要把“共建共享”作为构建和谐企业的重要指导思想来实施。在工作中，既要谋划如何最大限度地激发广大职工的参与热情和创造活力，又要谋划怎么使职工最大限度地共享企业发展的丰硕成果，并把二者有机统一于实践中；既要看企业整体发展的成果，又要看职工个体利益实现的成果。要把解决职工最关心、最直接、最现实的问题作为“共建共享”的基础工作。

Function and Work of Trade Union in Establishing in Concert and Sharing the Harmonious Society

To implement the spirit of the Seventeenth Party Congress,the trade union organizations in state-owned enterprises should take "Joint Development and Share" as the guidance.The union organizations will do their utmost to mobilize the enthusiasm for production and creativeness of workers,meanwhile,enable the workers to share the gains of enterprises development.Moreover,the union organizations ought to take the problems of primary concern for the workers as the fundamental work.
