| 摘 要： | 尊重大学生的人格是平等民主思想政治教育的体现,平等民主思想政治教育需要把握大学生主体的需要,给大学生充分的自主选择的权利。在大学生思想政治教育中贯彻平等民主的原则必须坚持民主治校、民主治教的理念,充分发挥大学生的主体性,推行民主开放的思想政治教育模式。

| Abstract: | Respecting college students＇ personality is the embodiment of equal and democratic thought and political education which requires us getting to know their necessity and giving them enough right of independent choice. Implementing the principle of equality and democracy in college thought and political education needs to stick to the theory of ruling colleges and education democratically, fully play the role of undergraduates, and carry out democratic and open education form. |
