| 摘 要： | 手机短信并非传统意义上的证据,目前有些地方的司法机关在审理案件过程中已将其作为证据使用。我们不应否认这种新形式的证据,相反,必须认真分析这种证据的客观性及证据力,以使其在诉讼中真正发挥作用。
