| Abstract: | The direction of reformation of state enterprise is to establish modem enterprise institution, which is reorganization the large and middle scale state enterprise as corporations. The management level and economic effect of many Chinese enterprise are not as raised as expected, the key reasen is without a valid legal person administration structure. |
