论宪法信仰的养成

塑造全民的法律信仰是实现国家法治的必由之路。我国宪法作为国家的根本大法，本应该具有最高的法律效力和司法适用性，而实践中却往往成为“空中楼阁”。其主要原因在于我国没有在全民中养成宪法信仰。因此，养成公民的宪法信仰极为重要。这一法律活动是信仰主体和信仰对象的互动过程，既要增强公民的主体意识和权利观念，又要制订出良好的宪法。

Discussion about Constitution Belief Fostering

Shaping all the people's legal belief is the only way to make the country to achieve the rule of law.Constitution is my country's fundamental law which has the highest legal effect and the judicial serviceability.But in reality,Constitution is figuratively believed to be "castles in the air",which results from the absence of belief in it.Therefore,it is so important to foster citizen's constitution belief.This legal activity is an interactive process about the main body and the object of the belief.So we must strengthen citizen's main body consciousness and right consciousness,and draw up a good constitution.
