金融危机下山西外贸发展的思考

受国际金融危机影响，2008年山西外贸总量增速前高后低，总体增速低于上年。山西外贸总量增速的回落不仅仅是受国际经济周期性因素的影响，更主要的是受产业结构的制约和影响，即对资源性产品过度依赖。要保持山西外贸的可持续发展，必须进一步优化出口产品结构，积极开发技术密集性产品；加快服务业发展，提升服务贸易水平；推进科技创新，实施科技兴贸；采取必要措施规避风险，大力推行外贸市场多元化战略.

Reflections on Development of Shanxi's Foreign Trade Against the Background of the Global Financial Crisis

Influenced by the global financial crisis and restrained by the existing industrial structure, the speed of the increase in Shanxi＇s import and export trade in 2008 is lower than that last year because of overdependence upon resources-oriented produets. To maintain the sustained development of Shanxi＇s foreign trade,we must further optimize the structure of export products, constantly raise the ratio of noncoke products while promoting upgrading traditional pillar industries, be active in development of technology-intensive products, speed up the development of the service sector,promote innovation in science and technology and implement a strategy of plural foreign trade markets.
