| 摘 要： | 企业工会会员（代表）大会是企业工会的权力机关。在有些企业的工会组织中，会员（代表）大会的地位和作用还不能体现和发挥，影响到工会民主化进程。应当提高对会员代表大会权力机关地位和作用的认识，制定《企业工会会员（代表）大会条例》，积极推进工会自身改革和建设。

| Abstract: | The members＇association founded by the trade union of the enterprise is the authoritative organ of trade unions of the enterprise. In some organizations of the trade unions of the enterprise, some members of the trade unions can not play their own roles in the trade unions so that it has influenced the promotion of democracy of trade unions. Thus, we should promote the authority of the trade unions and realize its role. In addition, we should make the regulations for members in the meeting by trade union of the enterprise to boost the construction and reforms of trade unions. |
